Acroyoga is an exciting and challenging way to improve your flexibility, awareness, inversion practice, balance, and strength. It also builds confidence and trust in yourself and other people.
We will all be practicing safety through clear communication. It's really rewarding to see your skill level rise with your confidence and trust in the group.
You'll be introduced to the basic movements and progressions, as well as the roles in acroyoga: base, flyer, and most important, the spotter. The course is for beginner.No partner required! Safety, teamwork and persistence are the key.
